The Man and his Guitar

Keep it plain. Keep it simple. Just the man and his guitar (and ok, sometimes a harmonica or a band ;).
Pretty mainstream, these two men full of music passion. Even though defined as "indie" or "alternative". But yeah - in these noisy times "just" singing and playing and keeping it simple is pretty alternative.

Meet Mr. Jack Johnson. An eco-surfer guy who records his albums on solar energy only.

Meet Mr. Charlie Winston. A charming folky hobo.

Tonight I can J Walk carelessly

The Wasp by J-Walk on Grooveshark

'Soul vibration' is the best known one and it's awesome, but I also found great pleasure in listening to 'The Wasp'. Push repeat and it will take you on an endless journey. Never really liked long ones until somebody showed me that with a good piece one rule works - the longer, the better.
Different style, but has drawn me into an oblivious state of mind levitation. Lovely prelude to next week's Portico Quartet's concert!

Have you already met One Self?

If not, here it is. A mix of cultures with a really cool feel and lyrics. Ninja Tune is usually
a safe bet :)

Letting out outletting

The reunited colours of Fossil. Freezing outside, but the colours in my wardrobe are vividly screaming.
This March yellowish-limey shades are definitely IN in M's outfits.
Trying to let you in on those is frustrating when I am using the simple Coolpix camera, which doesn't do those colours justice, but soon, very very soon, more shoots to come by my dear photographer-friend!

Wore my banana yellow/corn jeans-leggings with this Fossil-tunic and a coral/salmon loose cardigan along with the amazing
El Naturalista boots to good friends' house-warming party tonight.

Kasia sent me this when I was in Brussels about two weeks ago:

Over & Over by Sarah Blasko on Grooveshark

This fruity colour mix deserves to float in Sarah's light girly music.
